Strength & Protein

Keep training and protein in the same plan—with separate reasons for each product.

BUILD supplies creatine monohydrate; FUEL contributes a measured serving of protein. Start with strength training and meals, then explore whether either formula fits.

Whey contains milk and soy. A shake is optional; creatine does not replace dietary protein.

Training & Hydration

Compare nutrition and electrolyte options around the way you train.

HYDRATE lists three electrolyte amounts; FUEL Vanilla provides 24 g protein. Understand fluid and nutrition needs separately before deciding what belongs in your routine.

Account for electrolytes from food and other supplements. FUEL contains milk and soy; neither product replaces water or meals.

Daily Nutrition Foundations

Compare daily formulas, then choose only what has a clear purpose for you.

MEN’S DAILY and WOMEN’S DAILY are alternative multivitamin formulas. BALANCE is a separate four-culture probiotic to assess independently—not an automatic addition.

Do not take both multivitamins together. WOMEN’S DAILY is not prenatal and is not for pregnancy or lactation. Review allergens, overlapping nutrients and medications.
