Terms of Use

These terms apply to this Physiforge website and The Hunger Switch digital product. Physiforge is the educational health and transformation brand created by Kevin Reese. Contact us through the support form with questions about these terms or an order.
1. Who the product is for
The Hunger Switch is educational material for adults aged 18 and over using prescribed GLP-1 or related medication for obesity or weight management. It is not medical care, a treatment plan, personalized nutrition advice, or a substitute for professional care. See the Educational / Medical Disclaimer.
2. What you buy
One purchase includes two PDFs: The Hunger Switch Main Guide and Action Workbook, Edition 1.0 / September 2026. Quick Start, the 14-Day Build, planning sheets, reference tools, and examples are contained in those files. The purchase does not include a physical book, subscription, individual coaching, clinical services, a future course, or Phase 2. A device and software capable of opening PDFs are required.
3. Price, payment, and access
The launch price is $29 USD for the first 100 launch-price purchases, one per customer. The regular price after the launch allocation is $39 USD. Visiting the page or opening checkout does not reserve a launch purchase. Applicable taxes and the final total are displayed before payment. If availability changes before you pay, review the updated checkout total.
Payments and digital delivery use Lemon Squeezy when checkout is open. Its checkout terms and privacy information also apply to its services. Access is supplied after successful payment through the order confirmation and receipt. Keep your receipt and download the two files for your own use. If you cannot access them, contact support; do not repurchase solely to fix an access problem.
4. Personal-use license and copyright
Copyright © 2026 Physiforge. All rights reserved. Your purchase grants a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to read, download, and print the product for your own personal use. You may keep copies on your own devices and print replacement workbook pages for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share download access, repackage, or commercially reproduce the product without written permission. Rights that applicable law grants you are not restricted by this paragraph.
5. Refunds and consumer rights
The 14-Day Use-It Guarantee explains our product-fit refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning faulty, inaccessible, or misdescribed digital content. Where the law requires separate consent to immediate digital delivery or an acknowledgement concerning withdrawal rights, that must be handled at checkout. Merely visiting this site does not provide that consent.
6. Responsible use
Do not use this site to submit unlawful content, abuse support, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service. Do not submit medical records, medication doses, test results, or payment-card information through support or feedback forms. The content cannot determine whether a particular eating pattern, activity, or medication is appropriate for you.
7. Accuracy and availability
We aim to provide accurate, useful educational material. Evidence, medication information, and individual needs can change. No particular health, body-composition, or weight-loss outcome is promised. Occasional maintenance or provider interruptions may affect access; contact us if a purchased file is unavailable. Downloading your own copy helps you retain access.
8. Questions and changes
Contact support first so we can try to resolve a problem. These terms do not require arbitration or surrender of rights under applicable consumer law. Material changes will be dated here and will not retrospectively remove the product access or refund terms promised for an existing purchase.
