14-Day Use-It Guarantee

Effective September 7, 2026

Open the guide, complete Quick Start, and use the system for at least three days. If it does not give you a clearer, more practical way to manage food and habits around your prescribed GLP-1 treatment, request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.

How to request a refund

  1. Open the refund request form or use the support contact provided with your purchase.
  2. Use your purchase email and include the order number if you have it.
  3. Tell us you are requesting the 14-Day Use-It Guarantee and confirm you completed Quick Start and tried the system for at least three days. A brief explanation of what did not fit is helpful, but not required.

No medical records, completed health trackers, body photos, or proof of weight loss are required. The request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase; our response time does not shorten that window.

What happens next

We aim to respond within two business days. For eligible requests, we issue a refund of the amount paid for the product through the original payment provider and payment method. The provider handles any associated tax adjustment and the timing of funds appearing in your account. We will confirm when the refund has been submitted.

The guarantee covers one refund per customer/order. Duplicate payments, inability to access the product, and faulty or misdescribed files are handled separately and do not require three days of use. Contact us so we can restore access, correct a problem, or arrange an appropriate remedy.

A guarantee about usefulness

This is not a promise of weight loss or medical outcomes. When a purchase is refunded and the license ends, stop using and remove the purchased copies, subject to any rights the law gives you. We may decline abusive or fraudulent duplicate claims after checking the order, but ordinary good-faith product-fit requests do not require proof of personal health outcomes.

Your statutory rights

This voluntary guarantee is additional to mandatory consumer rights. It does not replace or limit rights to remedies for defective, inaccessible, or misdescribed digital content, or withdrawal rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
