THE INFORMED CHOICE / PRODUCT EDUCATION
Read beyond the front label.
Useful product information helps you answer three questions: what is in it, whether it fits your needs and what evidence supports the claims.
A serving is not a daily schedule.
The facts panel defines the amount used for its nutrient declaration. Directions may call for a different daily frequency. OMEGA’s one-softgel serving and its conflicting daily directions are one example; D3 + K2’s high-dose formula is another. Check both the serving size and daily directions. If they conflict, ask for clarification before use.
Look for the amount that matters.
RECOVER’s facts panel lists 2,500 mg magnesium glycinate but 275 mg elemental magnesium per three capsules. OMEGA lists 1,200 mg fish oil, including 720 mg omega-3s. Compare the relevant nutrient amount and serving size, not just the largest front-label number.
Read every ingredient and allergen.
Flavor, sweeteners, capsule material and inactive ingredients matter. FUEL’s labels declare milk and soy. HYDRATE’s ingredient list lists natural and artificial flavoring, stevia and coconut water powder. A product without a declared allergen statement is not automatically allergen-free.
A blend total does not reveal every dose.
BALANCE and the daily multivitamins disclose total blend weights without quantities for each component. A total blend weight cannot tell you how much of each component you receive or establish that each ingredient matches a studied amount.
A COA answers specific questions.
Read the product identity, sample or lot, date, tested analytes and results. The linked historical supplier documents cover different tests. BALANCE’s report does not verify 40 billion CFU or end-of-shelf-life viability. A certificate for bulk powder does not itself establish a finished Physiforge batch.
A useful choice may be no product.
Start with food, training, sleep and hydration. Use our free tools to structure the plan. If you take medication, have a condition or are pregnant or nursing, bring the full label to an appropriate healthcare professional.
You can find the labels and reports behind these examples on each product page. Compare the full information, and ask a healthcare professional about your individual needs.
