WHY D3 + K2
D3 + K2 is a product to discuss with a clinician, not an automatic daily addition. One capsule contains 5,000 IU vitamin D3, above the NIH adult daily upper limit. Your health circumstances, testing, medications and intake from other products matter before considering it.
The formula lists vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol and vitamin K2 as MK-7. Amounts are given per capsule, not as a recommended daily schedule.
Each capsule also lists 210 mg calcium and 5 mg BioPerine® black pepper fruit extract. Bring the complete label to your clinician.
One capsule exceeds the NIH adult daily vitamin D upper limit of 100 mcg (4,000 IU). Conflicting daily directions remain on hold for qualified review. Vitamin K can interact with warfarin.

No allergen declaration appears in the reviewed label template. This does not establish allergen-free or vegan status.
Daily directions differ: once daily versus twice daily. Directions remain on hold for qualified review because this is a high-dose vitamin D formula. Allergen information, D3 origin, K2 testing and current finished-batch documentation have not been confirmed.
DIRECTIONS & SAFETY
The supplier template says one capsule twice daily, 20–30 minutes before a meal with 8 oz water; the catalog says one daily. Final directions are on hold for supplier and qualified clinical review. Do not follow these conflicting instructions as a Physiforge recommendation.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, people under 18, and anyone with a known medical condition should consult a physician before use. This is a high-dose vitamin D formula. One capsule contains 125 mcg (5,000 IU), above the NIH adult daily upper limit of 100 mcg (4,000 IU). Use only with appropriate clinician guidance. Vitamin K can interact with warfarin.
